  I was in the area on business and needing to take some work related 360 photos with my Theta s camera. Out of nowhere a gust of wind blew over my tripod and I ended up with a crushed lens on my Theta! - I noticed from a mobile phone search that Best Buy had them online and while not the best price they do have a"price match guarantee" and so I call this store to see if I can snatch a replacement quickly. Once I finally got to a human I asked if they carried Theta cameras. She said no, I mentioned they show online and asked if the were simply not in stock (because there is another Best Buy store about 5 miles away). This is when a heard a bit of a sigh and she hung up on me! - I was willing to drop hundreds of dollars instantaneously for a quick replacement but I tell you I'll drive a hundred miles in another direction to spend my money now. I wouldn't buy from this store if they 200 of them for sale!
