  The manager of the store refused to honor an email I received saying that I had earned $10 in Jingle Cash on a previous purchase and could use it in the store or online. He kept telling me I needed a piece of paper (no mention of what type or how I might have received said piece of paper), and the email said nothing about needing anything else. Fine, you keep your $10, and I'll take my business elsewhere.
